Point transfers are initiated in the Bilt App or website. Once you sign into your account, follow the step-by-step instructions below to link your accounts and transfer Bilt Points to our loyalty partners:

Yes. You must have an active Bilt Rewards account and an active Amtrak Guest Rewards account, and must link the accounts through the Bilt app or website.

If you don't live in a Bilt Rewards Alliance building, you can add your eligible credit card to your Bilt Wallet. Then, set up a Billpay account in the My Home tab by following the steps to add your home. During the process, you can select your eligible credit card as your payment method and create a Billpay account with a unique routing and account number that you'll add to your property's payment portal. When you pay rent through your payment portal using the routing and account number provided by Bilt, your card will be charged for the rent payment by Bilt.

Upon conversion, Amtrak Guest Rewards points will generally be credited to your Amtrak Guest Rewards account within 72 hours; however, processing may take longer due to technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, or other program administration reviews.

Blue Bilt members must transfer a minimum of 2000 Bilt Points. Bilt Silver, Gold and Platinum members must transfer a minimum of 1000 Bilt Points. Maximum point transfer is 1 million points.

Once points have been transferred from Bilt to Amtrak Guest Rewards, the transactions cannot be reversed.

1. To convert Bilt Points into Amtrak Guest Rewards Points, you must be at least 18 years old, be an Amtrak Guest Rewards Member, and a Bilt account holder. You must link your Bilt account to an Amtrak Guest Rewards account within the Bilt app or website to convert Bilt Points into Amtrak Guest Rewards Points.
2. To be a Bilt member, you must be located in the US.
3. Only one Bilt account can be linked to one Amtrak Guest Rewards account at any given time. If you no longer wish to participate in this program, you may unlink your accounts at any time using the Bilt app. The names of the Bilt account holder and the Amtrak Guest Rewards account holder must match. Bilt Points cannot be transferred to the account of another Amtrak Guest Rewards member.
4. The minimum number of Bilt Points that you can convert into Amtrak Guest Rewards Points is 1,000. Bilt Members with Blue Status must convert a minimum of 2,000 Bilt Points to Amtrak Guest Rewards Points.
5. Conversions cannot be canceled or reversed once received. Upon conversion, Amtrak Guest Rewards Points will generally be credited to your Amtrak Guest Rewards account within 72 hours; however, processing may take longer due to technical, operational, security, fraud-prevention, or other program administration reviews.
6. Amtrak Guest Rewards and Bilt reserve the right to delay, refuse, cancel, adjust, revoke, or reverse any transfer, and to suspend participation in the program, where fraud, misuse, abuse, suspicious activity, technical error, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Amtrak Guest Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, or Bilt Rewards Terms and Conditions is suspected.
7. Bilt Points will be transferred to Amtrak Guest Rewards account at a ratio of 2 Bilt Points to 1 Amtrak Guest Rewards point.
8. Once the points appear in your Amtrak Guest Rewards account, the Amtrak Guest Rewards Terms and Conditions apply. Amtrak Guest Rewards points are issued by and redeemed with Amtrak in accordance with the Amtrak Guest Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Bilt Points are issued by and redeemed with Bilt Technologies, Inc. in accordance with the Bilt Rewards Terms & Conditions.
9. Amtrak Guest Rewards reserves the right to adjust or revoke any Amtrak Guest Rewards Points and close any Amtrak Guest Rewards accounts that are in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of the Amtrak Guest Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
10. Transfers may not be available if either the Bilt account or Amtrak Guest Rewards account is closed, suspended, restricted, or otherwise not in good standing.
11. Transfer functionality may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, security concerns, or other operational reasons. Neither Amtrak nor Bilt guarantees uninterrupted availability of transfer functionality.
12. Amtrak Guest Rewards points are not redeemable for cash and Amtrak Guest Rewards members do not acquire property rights in accrued points.
13. Amtrak is not liable for any loss or damage related to the operation of Bilt, linking your account through the Bilt app, the process of converting your Bilt Points to Amtrak Guest Rewards Points, or any redemptions made through Bilt.
14. For missing Bilt Points, please contact Bilt.
15. Amtrak and Bilt Rewards reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions, including the transfer ratio, minimum transfer amounts, eligibility requirements, and other program features, at any time.
16. Any personal information you supply may be used by Amtrak in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Bilt in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
17. When linking your accounts your personal data may be shared between Amtrak and Bilt to facilitate account linking, point transfers, customer support, reporting, program administration, marketing and analytical purposes and other purposes described in the companies' respective privacy policies and permitted by applicable law.
