Due to routine system maintenance, Amtrak systems will be temporarily unavailable beginning Sunday, March 8th, at 1:00am. We will have them back and available to you as swiftly as possible. Tenga en cuenta las siguientes funciones afectadas durante este período:

• No new reservations or changes to existing reservations can be made via Amtrak.com or the mobile app. Customers should call 1-800-USA-Rail for assistance.
• Customers will have some limitations when accessing their Amtrak Guest Rewards account.
  
• Direct communication to customers regarding operational delays will not be available. Customers can check Amtrak.com or the mobile app for real-time train status information.
